Our first meeting will be this Thursday, October 4 from 2:15-3:15. Meetings will be held weekly on Thursdays from 2:15-3:15 in Ms. Dengos's room. The advisors are Ms. Dengos and Ms. Hurley.
Yearbook Cover Design Contest
The Yearbook Cover Design contest is going on this week. Design entries are due by Thursday Oct. 4 to Mrs. Boulos in Room 129. Remember that all designs must be submitted on the official design sheet. If your cover design is selected, you win a free yearbook. Entry forms can be found with advisors or in Room 129.
Blake Intramurals
The Soccer Club and Pottery Intramural will begin this week. Dodgeball will begin next week, and Walk in the Woods will start at the listed date. The pottery intramural filled very quickly. Mr. Gavaghan notified all those on the waiting list over the weekend. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact him ([email protected]).
Vietnam Memorial Project
Donations for this project can be made out to 'Medfield Foundation' with 'Veterans Plaque Fund' noted on the check or enclosure. These donations can be dropped off at the Blake Main Office or at Lord's. Thank you in advance for your support.

8th Grade parents: It's Week 2 of the Scrip promotion to offset the cost of the Washington D.C. Trip. Special Trip Order forms and checks are due by Thursday, 2:10 pm in the Blake office or 6 pm at Lord's (Scrip box on the front counter). Order forms can be found on the Blake website under Washington trip, at the Blake office or at Lord's. A packet was also sent home with 2 order forms.
